Ministry of Sound
Ministry of Sound was the ideal setting for a large transport organisation to hold their 2014 European Excellence Awards. There were five categories and a variety of the businesses all vying for the honours!
The Eden by Adrian Collischon team were there to provide an evening service, circulate drinks and serve a delightful 3 course sit down dinner.
Guests enjoyed a starter of roast pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds & olive bread, a main consisting of braised lamb shank with olive oil & rosemary mash rounded off with sticky pudding with toffee sauce & clotted cream.
