Introducing U'livia 💛
Meet U’livia, one of the newest additions to Team Eden! She’s joined us as a Junior Sales Administrator – so if you’ve placed an order recently, chances are she’s helped bring it to life. We grabbed five minutes with her to chat all things food, fun, and first impressions – here’s what she had to say…
What’s your role at Eden, and what does it involve?
Day-to-day, I look after our express orders and make sure our clients get exactly what they need—on time and stress-free! With my background in customer service, I genuinely enjoy speaking with people and love hearing the amazing feedback that comes in. I also handle general office admin to keep the team organised and things running smoothly.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Outside of work, I’ve recently taken up ice skating (still finding my balance!), I run with a local girls’ group, and I’m part of a monthly book club that celebrates Black authors (which I love). I’m also a big foodie and love exploring new places through their food. Portugal and South Korea have been two of my favourites so far - the flavours, the street food, the late-night eats... I was in heaven!
What do you enjoy most about working at Eden?
What stands out at Eden is how supportive and positive the team culture is. Everyone’s been so welcoming from day one, and it’s created such a great space for me to learn and grow, which is important to me. It genuinely has that ‘family feel’, but in a way that’s real and not just something people say.
As you know by now, we’re always taste testing new menu items – any favourites so far?
This has definitely been one of the best perks of the job! We’ve started tasting dishes for the Winter menu, and the new Gnocchi recipe is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I’m also obsessed with the Pickled Blackberry Crostini from the Christmas range (I had six in a row). Keep your eyes peeled for the menu launch... just thinking about it is making me hungry again!
