Smart Winter Menu Swaps

We’ve been making thoughtful ingredient swaps to some of our dishes, to further cut our Scope 3 emissions — the ones linked to our ingredients and supply chain.

After taking beef (the highest carbon-emitting meat) off our menu, we decided to follow suit with lamb, the second highest, and replace it with chicken. We’ve also swapped dairy cream for plant-based alternatives (around six times less carbon intensive) and replaced some rice dishes with lentils and quinoa.

Clients have embraced the changes, and our kitchen team has enjoyed the creative challenge of crafting vibrant, low-carbon meals that still deliver on flavour. Every swap takes us one step closer to our Net Zero goal.

The Old Vic 'Backstage' Events Space

We recently stopped by The Old Vic’s new ‘Backstage’ space, and it’s definitely one to have on your radar. Tucked just behind the iconic theatre, this bright, modern venue combines creative flair with a touch of Old Vic heritage.

By day it’s a relaxed café and workspace, and by night it transforms into a buzzing bar and restaurant with stunning views across London. There’s even a terrace where you can spot the iconic London Eye (perfect for summer receptions).

If you’re looking for a stylish, sustainable space to host your next event, it's well worth a visit!

Burns Night Menu

We’ve put the finishing touches on our Burns Night dishes, ready for an evening full of flavour, warmth, and tradition. Whether you’re going classic or trying our vegetarian twist on the favourite, we’ll help you celebrate the life of Robert Burns in true style. Available from 12th - 31st January 2026.
