Eden Caterers Launches 2025 Impact Report
We’re excited to share our latest Impact Report for 2025–2026, highlighting the progress we’ve made over the past year to reduce our environmental impact while continuing to deliver the food and service our clients expect and love.
Sustainability has always been an important part of how we operate. Over the past year we’ve taken further steps to improve the way we source, prepare and serve our food — ensuring that great hospitality goes hand in hand with responsible practices.
What’s inside the report
In this year’s report, you’ll find some of the initiatives and changes we’ve been working on, including:
- Introducing more lower-carbon menu choices and making sustainable food swaps across our menus
- Prioritising local suppliers wherever possible to reduce food miles and support local businesses
- Continuing our tree planting initiative with Letting Grow, helping to contribute to environmental restoration
The report also features some very kind words from our wonderful clients, as well as from our valued partners at Coin Street, who we’re proud to work alongside.
Progress on our journey to Net Zero
We’ve also continued to make meaningful progress towards our Net Zero goals.
Over the past year alone, we’ve reduced our carbon footprint by 24% compared to the previous year. This is an encouraging step forward as we work towards our long-term goal of serving meals at under 1kg CO₂e while continuing to reduce emissions per diner.

Transparency is important to us. Our Impact Report is a way of sharing both the progress we’ve made and the work still ahead, as we continue to improve and hold ourselves accountable.
