The days are finally getting lighter, plans for 2026 are well underway, and for us, it’s been full steam ahead since returning to our offices and kitchens after Christmas, all in preparation for something very exciting...

The Taste of Spring

With the new season comes a fresh wave of ingredients — and we love switching things up to make the most of what’s at its best right now.

Spring produce brings brighter flavours and lighter textures, which is why you’ll spot seasonal stars woven throughout the menu. Think crisp carrots adding crunch to our Teriyaki Salmon with Miso & Ginger Carrot Slaw Wrap, or fragrant spring onions lifting the warmth and freshness of our Vietnamese Chicken Curry & Rice.

By cooking with the seasons, we keep our dishes vibrant, balanced and full of flavour, while making the most of produce at its peak.

This season, we’ve introduced a whopping eight brand new Breakfast Platters, making it easier than ever to fuel your team in the morning. Rather than choosing individual items, we’ve thoughtfully bundled favourites together for effortless ordering and crowd-pleasing results.
