Our Summer Menu landed last month, just in time for the sun to finally make its grand entrance over London. From new seasonal favourites to exciting community projects, here’s a peek at how we’ve been baking, batting, and basking our way through the season so far…

Somerset Strawberries, At Their Summer Best

At Our summer menu showcases the best of local, seasonal produce. We source our sun-ripened strawberries from Agri SGJ, a family farm in Somerset, hand-picked for peak freshness and flavour. Collected daily from New Covent Garden Market (just minutes from Waterloo) they arrive at their best.

With Wimbledon underway, there’s no better time to enjoy this classic British summer taste, featured in our latest offerings such as the Strawberry Pot (simple and delicious), the Strawberry Crumble Slice, and our Dark-Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Canapes.

Hercules Road is in Bloom

Waterloo locals may have noticed the beautiful new planters on Hercules Road – right outside our kitchen! It’s all thanks to the amazing team at WeAreWaterloo BID, whose mission to green our streets has taken root in time for the London in Bloom competition.

Naturally, we were there to fuel the green-thumbed volunteers with plenty of tasty bites.

Planting for the Planet with Letting Grow

We’re proud to partner with Letting Grow, a charity transforming urban spaces into thriving green habitats. We plant a native broadleaf tree in the southeast of England for every 5th qualifying order placed by our customers. Did you know that each tree contributes to climate change by absorbing approximately 22kg of CO2 per year? In the last quarter, 86 clients had trees planted for them, and 208 more trees were planted by us overall.
