Sit Down Dinner
London’s tallest building was the backdrop for a sit down dinner for the worlds leading energy company. As guests enjoyed the view, Eden by Adrian Collischon served a three course dinner including London Smoked Salmon & Beetroot Dressing with Micro Pea Shoots, Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Wilted Spinach & English Wild Mushrooms and Individual Lemon Mousse with Red Berries & Mint.
