We had a great night in the super cool studio offices at Make Architects, helping them celebrate their 11th anniversary.
Our Executive Head chef Adrian Collischon was on hand showcasing his skills to the onlooking crowd. Guests enjoyed canapés and tasting Plates including Quails Eggs and Avruga Caviar Pops, Herb & Brioche Crusted Spring Lamb with Carrot & Pea Purée and Thai Spiced Smoking Duck Salad.
A Christmas reception with festive starlight and celestial celebration, all set against the backdrop of the River Thames at Glaziers Hall.
Guests dined amongst constellations, with drinks served from the bespoke midnight blue bar. Eden by Adrian Collischon served a tradtional Christmas menu under the stars. Astrological ceiling projections and blue organza draping all reminiscent of a winter starry night.

Set amidst a Crystal Wonderland, Adrian Collischon created his own form of art as it were. Guests were treated to a visual display including glitter marshmallow baubles and an ice sculpture, displaying our award winning canapé "PX I Love you"… Pedro Ximénez infused ice cream and crystal candy encased in chocolate, served on a pipette of Pedro Ximénez.
Festive themed canapés included Sherry Marinated Chicken & Sherry Cream Foam Shots and Turkey & Stuffing Skewer with Cranberry & Orange Dip. Guest glasses were kept topped up with Lemon Drop Cocktails and Christmas Punch.
An extravagent event at the elegant King's Roads, circulating canapés which matched the sophisticated elegance of the venue alongside opulent furniture. This was the launch of a luxury boutique showroom. Eden by Adrian Collischon created a menu balancing flair and taste. Guests enjoyed Parma Ham & Cantaloupe Melon Caviar, Chicken Liver & Morrel Parfait with Pancetta Crisp Crostini and Swordfish Muddica Pops to name a few.
There is nothing more fulfilling than creating an evening to match a beautiful occasion. A three course dinner for a Wedding Dinner, special in every way, from all those front of house to our team creating the magic back of house.
Set in a marquee on private grounds in Totteridge, Eden by Adrian Collischon created a dinner consisting of a trio of salmon starter, a main of Mini Minted Lamb Casserole main rounded off with a Knickerbocker Glory.
Ministry of Sound was the iconic setting for ASOS to hold their 2014 Christmas party. Lighting and lots of glitter balls created an electrifying ambiance for this event. It was a fun packed evening, with face painting, roller dancers, a photo booth and even the ASOS team band. The Eden by Adrian Collischon team were there to provide an evening service, circulate drinks and serve “stall” style food to the 1600 crowd.
