Another busy month for Eden, with orders coming in left right and centre - and we wouldn't want it any other way. One thing we love to do is show off about our amazing food, because, well, why wouldn't we?! On Thursday 2nd November, Executive Head Chef Adrian Collischon and his team went down to 15 Hatfields who were hosting a fantastic awards dinner. A 3-course menu with drinks and speeches to tip it all off! Adrian worked amazingly hard, as always, to prepare and produce show-stopping and extremely mouth-watering dishes for the guests and they went down a treat.
