40th Anniversary

A private celebration for a couple who had quite a bit to celebrate!
Eden by Adrian Collischon helped mark the memorable day with a three course dinner for a 40th Wedding Anniversary.
A starter of Retro prawn & crayfish vodka cocktail, a main consisting of fillet of Essex beef served with slow roasted plum tomato, thyme field mushroom, jenga chips & béarnaise sauce, rounded off with chocolate marquise garnished with gold leaf & a reconstructed black forest cherry and served with homemade kirsch Ice cream.
There is nothing more fulfilling than creating an evening to match a beautiful and heartwarming occasion. We're delighted to receive such wonderful feedback from the event.
