Through the Decades Menu

We created a “Through the Decades” menu for a surprise 50th Birthday party. A starter of Retro Char Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Baby Gem a main of Deconstructed Essex Beef & Ale Pie with Guinness Shot & Savoy Cabbage Bubble & Squeak rounded off with a Espresso Crème Brûlée, with Marshmallow Froth with Homemade Orange Macaroon. Guests glasses were kept topped up with Beijing Bellinis, Mojitos and lots of Prosecco.
