This week saw us at a stylish jewellary store, circulating canapés which matched the sophisticated elegance of the beautiful jewellery. The theme was Summer Garden and Eden were on hand to provide a menu balancing flair and taste. Guests enjoyed Smoked Lamb with Artichoke Puree, Mango Tiger Prawn and Trout Crostinito to name a few. No Summer Garden themed party would be complete without chocolate strawberries and lots of champagne.
