15Hatfields London's most sustainable space marked their annual summer party on the Southbank at CoinStreet. Making the most of good weather, guests enjoyed the amazing views from the roof terrace, whilst Adrian Collischon put on an 'Outback Barbie'. For our themed barbecue, we coooked up an array of Australian favourites including Grilled ‘Shrimp’ skewers, Kangaroo Steak, Spicy Crocodile & Apricot Skewer, Great Ozzie Beef Burger.
