Crossrail Apprentice Awards

Last week saw us at Glaziers Hall for the Crossrail Apprentice Awards. Whilst Richard Osman presented awards to some of the incredible apprentices, we served a two course sit down lunch. Guests enjoyed a main consisting of Sautéed Chicken with Wild Mushroom & Tarragon Velouté and Char grilled Aubergine Rolls Stuffed with Roasted Vegetables & Feta baked with Salsa Verde & Tomato. We rounded things off with, Glazed Raspberry Tartlets, Glazed Blueberry Tartlets and Chocolate Mousse Cups.
