Jeremy Redgewell, Operations Director

Our Operations Director Jeremy is a crucial member of the Eden Team. Having worked at Eden for 15 years and counting, Jeremy provides us with all the jokes and banter to lighten up the office, kitchen and driver teams, as well as his main job of overseeing all operational aspects of the company strategy. When he’s not at Eden you’ll find him on the Golf Course with family and friends.

Giani Vizitiu, Accounts

Originally from Romania, Giani moved to London back in 2003. She fell in love with London’s weather (yep, you read that right!), the people and the opportunities. Here she is 16 years later, putting her number skills to good use working in Eden’s Accounts Team and baking cakes in her spare time, like a true Eden foodie.

Nick Mead, Managing Director

Managing Director Nick Mead joined Eden only two years after the company was founded back in 1993 and has virtually fulfilled every role. Nick is instrumental in preserving Eden's award-winning food and service, as well as delivering innovative development for the company's strong sustainability ethos. When he's not buzzing around Eden, Nick could well be found riding his road bike through the Surrey Hills or, more likely, as a scuba Divemaster in the ocean.

Scott Lindsay, Head Driver

Scott has been providing the laughs at Eden for over six years now, alongside his main job of being Head Driver and helping to handle our operations. Impartial to a gig and a glass (or two) of wine, our resident punk-rocker and all round great guy Scott is an integral cog in what makes Eden tick.

Fahd Al-Shawafi, Kitchen Manager

Boss of the kitchen… Fahd has been with Eden for 15 years (one of the longest serving members of the team!), working his way up to Kitchen Manager. His poker face would lead you to believe he’s the serious stern-faced boss, but dig a little deeper and you might just get a rare glimpse of that lovely smile (he’ll hate us for saying that).

Gregory LeRohellec, Commis Chef

Greg is one of our hard-working Kitchen team. He comes into work every morning with a friendly face and a humble disposition that makes him a delight to chat to and be around. Moving here from France five years ago and joining Eden not too long after, Greg has become a fundamental part of the Eden family.

Shonette Bayley, Desserts

Leading desserts lady, Shonette, always has a smile on her face and makes every day at Eden a little brighter. Shonette moved here from South America when she was 15 and has been with Eden since 2014. When not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find her at a party or mixing up some delicious (yet dangerous) cocktails.

Hugh Dixon, Driver

Hugh is one of our drivers, helping to deliver all of our delicious food daily, as well as being the dedicated carer for our Eden plants and all round handy-man. You can hear Hugh's jokes and laughter from about a mile away, and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
